Can I return makeup I have swatched?
For hygiene reasons, opened, swatched or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from Boca Raton, Florida. They are processed in 1-3 business days and usually arrive in 3-7 business days in the contiguous US, with free US shipping on orders of $50 or more.
