Korean Sunscreen

Korean sunscreens are loved for lightweight, layer-friendly textures that sit well under makeup. Shop sun creams, sun sticks and sun cushions — our sunscreen pages show the US Drug Facts, with SPF, active ingredients and directions, where the carton provides them. Apply as the last step of your morning routine and reapply at least every 2 hours, or as directed on the label.

How to choose a Korean sunscreen

Start with finish and format. For dry or sensitive skin, the Anua Zero-Cast Moisturizing Finish Sunscreen is an SPF 50 formula made to leave a comfortably hydrated finish without a white cast. The Medicube Glow Collagen Sunscreen SPF 50 adds a glowy finish with hyaluronic acid and ceramide, and the Mixsoon Bean Sunscreen SPF 50 is built around fermented ingredients like soybean.

For touch-ups during the day, a stick or cushion is easier than a cream. The Abib Quick Sunstick Protection Bar SPF50+ glides on over or under makeup, hands-free. The Elroel Pang Pang Big Sun Cushion Plus is a big 25 g pat-on cushion for face, neck, shoulders and arms.

Are your sunscreens approved for the US?

In the US, sunscreens are regulated as over-the-counter (OTC) products. Our sunscreen product pages show the US Drug Facts, with active ingredients, directions and warnings, where the carton provides them. Otherwise, the full panel is printed on the carton.

Can I wear Korean sunscreen under makeup?

Yes. Let it settle for a few minutes before your foundation. To top up later, a stick or cushion goes over makeup without smudging your base.

Do I need sunscreen if I use acids or retinol?

Yes. Products with AHAs, BHAs or retinoids can increase sun sensitivity, so use sunscreen every day.

Can I try a sunscreen before I buy?

Stop by our store at 225 E Palmetto Park Road in Boca Raton, open daily 10am-8pm, to try testers and get a free skin consultation.

How to use it in your routine
