Welcome to koréos. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website koreosbeauty.com and any related content, features, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Koreos USA LLC ("koréos," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company located at 225 E Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33432, United States.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 14) THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to make a purchase. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Account
You may create an account to make purchases and track orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Products and Product Information
We sell Korean beauty, skincare, makeup, and hair care products. We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients, colors, and images accurately, but we do not warrant that they are complete, current, or error-free. Colors may vary depending on your screen. Product formulations and packaging may change without notice; always read the label and ingredient list on the product you receive before use.
Not medical advice. Products sold on the Services are cosmetics. Statements on the Services have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you have a skin condition, allergy, or sensitivity, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We recommend patch testing new products.
4. Pricing, Availability, and Errors
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities per order or per customer. In the event of a pricing, description, or availability error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, even after it has been confirmed, and will refund any amount charged.
5. Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order is accepted when we ship the products. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout, processed by third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may cancel orders that we suspect are fraudulent, placed by resellers, or in violation of these Terms.
6. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and fees.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Promotions, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, may not be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, product descriptions, and software, are owned by koréos or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Brand names and trademarks of the products we sell belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
10. User Content and Reviews
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that User Content in connection with the Services and our marketing. You represent that you own or have the rights to the User Content, that it is truthful and reflects your genuine experience, and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove any User Content at our discretion. Reviews must comply with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines; if you received a free product or compensation, you must disclose it.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; (b) purchase products for resale without our written authorization; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers; (d) use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Services; (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system; (f) submit false or misleading information; (g) infringe the rights of others; or (h) upload viruses or malicious code.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KORÉOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR PRODUCE PARTICULAR RESULTS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KORÉOS, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@koreosbeauty.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any product purchased through the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement to arbitrate. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration will take place in Palm Beach County, Florida, or by telephone or video conference, or in another location agreed by the parties. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if the claim qualifies.
Class action waiver. YOU AND KORÉOS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to Koreos USA LLC, 225 E Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL 33432, or to info@koreosbeauty.com, within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, email, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.
Severability. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be null and void, and the dispute shall be resolved in the courts described in Section 15.
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 14, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless koréos and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your misuse of the Services.
17. Electronic Communications and Marketing
By using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including order confirmations and account notices. If you opt in to marketing emails or text messages, you may unsubscribe at any time as described in our Privacy Policy. For text messages, reply STOP to cancel. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.
18. Accessibility

19. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and koréos regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new "Last updated" date; your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
