Returns
Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used products can’t be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error was ours.

Glowy Tint Balm is the product AOU calls its signature: a tinted lip balm in a small pot that brings out the look of fuller, livelier lips with a clear, glass-bead shine. AOU explains that it chose a pot instead of a wand-style tip so the balm can be laid onto the lips without breaking up the gloss. The color is sheer and delicate, so a single coat on bare lips gives a natural flush, and each extra coat makes the color and shine more vivid. 01 Apple Balm is a clear pink with a drop of red; 03 Mulberry Balm is a mauve that sits between pink and plum.

The texture melts at body temperature and settles comfortably on the lips, building up clear shine without a heavy feel. Plant-derived moisturizers, with sunflower seed oil and shea butter highlighted by the brand, form a moisture-locking film that keeps lips feeling soft and moist.
