Etude Tear Eye Liner suspends superfine glitter in a clear liquid base for a sparkling, dazzling finish. Etude calls it a dreamy tear-drop under eyeliner, meant to make the eyes look as if tears were just welling up.
Its crystal and opal pearls shine differently as the light changes. Etude says it stays on all day regardless of oil and tears, and that the sparkles are locked in so you do not have to worry about fallout. Shade #4 is named Sunlight Tears by the brand.

- Layer or dabLayer it on top of your eyeliner, or dab a little right beneath your pupils for the tear-drop effect.
- Finish with mascaraApply mascara last, after the Tear Eye Liner.
