A dual-layer Korean serum mist from Parnell — shake before each use to mix the green borage oil layer with the clear Cicamanu biome water layer. Together they deliver barrier repair, gentle exfoliation, and deep hydration in one spray. Mist onto skin that needs moisture, or over makeup during the day to refresh. Made without ethanol, parabens, mineral oil, artificial color or artificial fragrance. 50ml.

Borage Seed Oil — Green Essence Layer — the green top layer uses borage seed oil to moisturize and nourish for a moist glow. With hyaluronic acid, it helps lock in moisture for an all-day glow. Shake to blend it into the water layer.

LHA (Capryloyl Salicylic Acid) — Gentle Exfoliation in a Mist — part of the moisture water layer, LHA gently exfoliates for a smooth texture without irritation.

Cicamanu Biome — Centella Asiatica + Manuka Honey — Parnell's own blend of centella asiatica extract and manuka honey extract helps soothe visible redness and support the skin barrier.

Madecassoside + Neem Leaf — Soothing + Natural Color — madecassoside soothes and comforts sensitive-feeling skin. The green tint comes from neem leaf extract, not artificial color, so the shade may fade over time.

Ceramide NP + Phytosphingosine + Sodium Hyaluronate — Barrier + Hydration — ceramides and phytosphingosine support a healthy, resilient barrier while hyaluronic acid helps keep skin hydrated after each spray.

Parnell Cicamanu Serum Mist sits between a serum and a facial mist. The bottle holds two visible layers: a green essence layer made with borage seed oil for a moist glow, and a clear moisture layer with Parnell's CICAMANU Biome, hyaluronic acid and LHA. Shake it and the two blend into one spray that hydrates, comforts and leaves skin looking plump and dewy.

The mist is very fine and lightweight, so it settles comfortably without a sticky film. The formula is made without ethanol, artificial color or artificial fragrance, and its green tint comes from neem leaf extract, which is why the shade can soften over time.
